Data Protection

We are committed to keeping the personal information of our pupils, families, and staff safe. Data protection means handling information carefully, respectfully, and securely at all times.

We may collect information such as names and contact details, medical and emergency information, and attendance and progress records. We only collect the information that is needed to support your child’s education and wellbeing.

We use this information to keep pupils safe and healthy, support learning and monitor progress, communicate with parents and carers, and meet our legal and safeguarding responsibilities.

We protect all personal data by using secure systems and storage, limiting access to authorised staff only, and ensuring that all staff are trained in data protection.

If you would like more detailed information, please read our Data Protection Policy or contact the school office.
